Peter Stokes

Director

Peter has worked in the mortgage industry since 1994, having previously been a regional mortgage manager for a large high street bank. He joined Davidson Deem as a partner in 1997, and has seen the company through both the Mortgage Code and FCA regulation, as well as the shift to internet-based lender systems. Peter holds the CIB level 3 in Mortgage Advice & Practice.

Brian Keane

Director

Brian joined Lumin in June 2023 as part of the Davidson Deem acquisition. Brian has over 38 years of experience arranging finance – initially commercial finance with NatWest – and has been a Director at Davidson Deem for 22 years. He is fully qualified as a mortgage adviser.

James Parsons

Mortgage Advisor

James joined Davidson Deem as an office manager in 2001, having previously worked for the Valuation Office Agency. His initial role was as Office Manager, which involved the processing of clients’ mortgage applications through to completion. In 2022 he passed his CII level 3 in Mortgage Advice, allowing him to advise clients on their mortgage needs.

Mortgage Advisor

Grant has worked within Financial Services for over 20 years and has been advising on mortgages for the majority of this time. He returned to this role in 2017, having been a Practice Manager for a local IFA for 3 years. He holds the CeMAP and CeRER qualifications

Natalie Felgate

Mortgage Advisor

Natalie has 18 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She has worked for Halifax Bank, where she was a Banking Consultant, covering the Dorset area for 8 years, and qualified as a Mortgage Adviser with Halifax in 2012. Natalie moved on to work for JP Morgan, Middle Office Investments, and spent eight years as a trade support expert. She moved into the Adviser role in 2021.

Kirsten Kieltyka

Mortgage Administrator

Kirsten has over 15 years’ experience within financial services. She is looking to progress as a mortgage advisor and complete her CEMAP qualifications. She has previously worked at Nationwide (The Mortgage Works) and also has previous experience working for a financial services firm as an IFA support administrator. Kirsten has a passion for customer service and works hard to ensure all workloads are completed efficiently.

Rachel Hensman

Mortgage Administrator

Rachel has over 20 years of Administrative experience across a variety of sectors, including financial services. She spent 18 months at Nationwide in The Mortgage Works department, dealing with customer requests, as well as spending 6 months supporting the finance team within The Mortgage Works. In the future Rachel would like to progress and become a Mortgage Advisor and complete her CEMAP qualifications.

Jack Rutherford-Mills

Mortgage Advisor

Jack has worked in the finance industry for over 10 years, he started his career at Nationwide Building Society as a Personal Banking Manager. Jack then became a Mortgage Adviser in 2019, he has worked for a few different specialist mortgage companies, so he has vast knowledge of complex enquiries, helping many clients over this period with a wide range of different scenarios with varied levels of complexity. Jack holds the CeMAP and CeRER qualifications.

Sally Jarvis

Mortgage Administrator

I have always worked in the financial sector. I have worked at NatWest and Barclays Bank in customer Services, along with a stint at Travelex working in the foreign exchange at Heathrow Airport, where I was a Duty Manager. For the past 9 years, I have worked as mortgage administrator and PA at RBS Associates, the mortgage arm recently acquired by Davidson Deem.

Amy Spurling

Mortgage Compliance

I have worked in the property sector for over 10 years, having started in property management. For the last 7 years I have worked for RBS (recently acquired by Davidson Deem) in a variety of roles, most lately being mortgage compliance.

Nigel Simpson

Case Manager

Nigel, a former director, has returned to Davidson Deem in a non-advisory role, after taking early retirement. He says he missed the atmosphere and fun of our office environment! Although he no longer advises clients, his numerous years experience enables him to assist clients with the processing of their applications, as well as making sure that lenders requests are not too onerous.
